Regular Arkansas Baptist Churches are those Baptist churched which adhere to the doctrine and practices enunciated in the New Testament and as interpreted by the Missionary Baptist Church.
The convention shall be composed of pastors and messengers from Regular Arkansas Baptist churches, association moderators, district auxiliary leaders, and convention officers and agents who are in agreement with the principles and purpose of the convention and desire to cooperate with other churches through this body; and who shall conform to the financial and spiritual requirements announced from time to time by this convention.
Each messenger from the constituent churches and associations shall be entitled to one (1) vote (in person) on all matters brought before the Convention to be acted upon.
Member churches are those churches that are members in good standing with one of the constituent district associations. No church can be a member of the convention without being a member of a district association. Good standing in the district association is determined by each association; however, good standing in the convention is determined by either the church's subscription to and current contribution status with the convention Unified Budget program or by its registration at the convention session(s) according to the basis of representation agreed upon by the convention.
